Build alongside real life.
A handout for testing something without treating work, study, care, health or rest as disposable.
Use this privately or with a facilitator. You may pass, change direction or stop. The site does not create an account, store this pack or require a public commitment.
Work through five prompts
- Mark the time, care, health, work or study commitments that are not available to trade.
- Choose an experiment that can pause, survive interruption and fit inside one honest block of time.
- Decide a comfortable money limit before looking at programmes, subscriptions or travel.
- Separate project accounts, devices, data and materials where work or study boundaries require it.
- Review evidence and energy together. A useful result may be smaller, slower, different or not now.
What can I test while protecting the commitments and people that already matter?

Support routes to consider
Nesta and Startup School are worldwide online routes, although Startup School is company-specific. Digital Greenhouse is Guernsey-specific, Business.govt.nz is New Zealand-specific and Sebrae online is Brazil-specific. Online delivery does not by itself make a route care-compatible or prove eligibility.
A listing is not a partnership, recommendation, open-place confirmation or promise of an outcome. Check each official route before committing time, money or information.
