You can browse and search without an account. Advertising is off. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept it using the analytics preferences. You can reject it and browse normally, or withdraw consent from the footer at any time.

We remember your analytics choice for six months in a first-party cookie. After acceptance, Google Analytics may set cookies for usage measurement. We send only known public page addresses, without query strings, fragments, referrers, search terms or suggestion contents. If you use the primary button to visit an official support provider, we may also send that route's fixed public identifier. This is a click signal, not evidence that you received support or completed an application. Analytics is isolated from the suggestion form, and no user ID or contact details are supplied. Usage data is processed by Google under its own policies. Withdrawing consent stops the tag and clears this site's Analytics cookies. Private suggestions are not measured.

Search terms are sent to the server to return relevant results. Do not put sensitive information into the search box.

Suggestions are stored privately for review, with a 90-day retention period. We do not ask for your email address. Avoid including private or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else.

A short-lived hash of a network address may be used to limit submission spam. It expires after two days. Raw addresses are not saved in the suggestion record. Cloudflare handles hosting requests under its own policies.

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. External support links and the links to Marc's other sites have their own privacy policies.
