Participant packs

Invitation before organisation

Start with one shared community action.

A handout for learning with people before claiming to represent them or creating a new organisation.

Use this privately or with a facilitator. You may pass, change direction or stop. The site does not create an account, store this pack or require a public commitment.

Work through five prompts

  1. Ask who is already doing trusted work and whether a conversation would be welcome.
  2. Map existing relationships, skills, places, tools and informal care before listing deficits.
  3. Invite one bounded action with a clear way to decline, leave or challenge a decision.
  4. Share visible tasks and the less visible work of access, care, cost and follow-up.
  5. Review usefulness, harm, control and workload before deciding whether anything should continue or become formal.

What useful action can people choose, shape and review together?
