Participant packs

From reflection to evidence

Try one possibility.

A quiet handout for choosing one thread and learning from a small reversible experiment.

Use this privately or with a facilitator. You may pass, change direction or stop. The site does not create an account, store this pack or require a public commitment.

Work through five prompts

  1. Name one possibility that still has energy. It may be creative, relational, practical, civic or commercial.
  2. Choose one person, place or situation that could teach you something. Ask permission before involving someone else.
  3. Set a small boundary for time, money, energy and what you will not risk.
  4. Try, show, ask or make one thing that can be stopped or changed easily.
  5. Review what happened: what became clearer, what stayed uncertain and whether to keep, change, pause or let go.

What is the smallest thing I can try without needing certainty?
