Who it helps
For a new or current small-business owner with a physical or mental impairment who lives in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba, has a possible business plan, is unable to perform at least one basic activity of entrepreneurship or self-employment and has been unsuccessful in obtaining needed business funding elsewhere. The local provider makes the decision.
